Congressional UXO/Demining Caucus Hosts Webinar about U.S. Leadership in the Horn of Africa
On Thursday, December 2nd, the Co-Chairs of the Congressional UXO/Demining Caucus, Representatives Jackie Speier and Bill Johnson, hosted a webinar discussing U.S. humanitarian demining efforts in the Horn of Africa. The discussion focused on updates on the current progress of UXO and landmine removal in Somalia, Somaliland, and Ethiopia as well as the current and future role of the U.S. in the region.
